Eligibility for Returns
You may return or exchange products under the following conditions:- Supplements are non-returnable unless damaged or defective upon receipt.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund:- If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
Exchanges
